The Reviews Are In!!

NODA and CDA kindly came and reviewed our recent production of a Cornish Conviction.

This production embodied the spirit of Mary Bryant in its resourceful use of all that is best in Cornish storytelling, music and teamwork. There was clear collaboration between the crew of creatives, the directorial team and the cast on stage. A most educational, enjoyable show, rewarded by an enthusiastic audience with resounding and well deserved applause.

Jo Nicolle – Cornwall Drama Association

It’s taken time for the idea, sprung from reading a novel, to become a full-blown dramatic presentation, with an immense amount of research into the historical details, workshopping to compile an original script, and engaging of musicians, as well as the normal requirements of set, props and costumes. The result has been spectacular, with packed houses showing their noisy appreciation of a very special show of which you can be rightly proud. I like to think this tale of unimaginable fortitude is deserving of being published and performed to a wider audience.
